Service Description

Workshops are focused on various themes and topics tied to mental, emotional, spiritual, and behavioral health. Workshops can be as short as a 90-minute session or up to 8 hours in length. Longer workshop sessions can take place on one day or on multiple days. Community/small business discounts are offered.
